1. Introduction

Welcome to Quikr EV Electric Vehicles Charging Stations L.L.C. (“Quikr EV”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including inquiries and communications regarding our products and solutions.

2. Scope of Services

Quikr EV specializes in the supply and installation of Electric Vehicle (EV) charging solutions, including:

  • Home AC Charging Stations.
  • Commercial AC & DC Charging Stations.
  • Charging Point Management System (CPMS).
  • Quikr EV Network of public chargers.
  • EV Charging Cables & Adapters.

We operate and offer our services in the United Arab Emirates and Egypt.

3. Sales Process

Quikr EV does not operate an e-commerce platform. All product and service inquiries and purchases are handled exclusively through our official Sales Team. Customers may initiate contact via:

  • Office visits
  • Telephone official numbers
  • WhatsApp (official numbers)
  • Social media channels
  • Website live chat

3.1 Product-Only Sales
When purchasing a product without installation:

  • Full payment is required in advance.
  • Product collection can be done at our offices or delivered to the customer.

3.2 Product + Installation Services
When purchasing a product along with installation:

  • Full payment is required in advance.
  • A certified technician will be assigned to deliver and install the product at the specified location.

4. Payments

Payments must be made through officially communicated methods. No payment should be made to individuals unless otherwise officially instructed in writing by Quikr EV.

5. Delivery and Installation

Estimated delivery and installation timelines will be communicated upon order confirmation. Delays may occur due to logistical, weather, or third-party factors, and Quikr EV will inform customers accordingly.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are only accepted in accordance with our Return and Refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Quikr EV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Arab Republic of Egypt, depending on the location of the transaction.
