Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Quikr EV Electric Vehicles Charging Stations LLC (“Quikr EV”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to ensure transparency, fairness, and clarity regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds related to our products and services, while adhering to UAE laws and international best practices.

2. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to:

  • EV charging hardware sold directly by Quikr EV
  • Installation services offered by Quikr EV
  • Subscription or usage-based charging services provided via our charging network or mobile app
  • Digital products and prepaid packages offered through www.quikrev.com

3. Returns for Hardware Products

  • Eligibility Period: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: Customized installations, used or tampered equipment, and opened software packages are non-returnable.
  • Return Approval: All returns require prior approval. Email support@quikrev.com with your invoice ID, reason for return, and supporting photos and videos.

4. Refunds for Hardware

  • Approved Returns: Upon inspection and approval of returned goods, a refund will be issued within 14 working days to your original payment method.
  • Deductions: Refunds may exclude shipping, installation, and handling charges.
  • Rejection: If a return is rejected due to non-compliance with this policy, we will notify you and arrange for redelivery at your cost if the item is inspected in our location or we are going to raise an invoice to be paid by you with the inspection cost at your location.

5. Cancellation & Refund for Charging Services

  • Pay-per-Use: Charging session payments are non-refundable once the session has begun. Contact us within 24 hours for dispute resolution.
  • Prepaid Plans or Subscriptions:
    • Can be cancelled within 3 days of purchase if unused, for a full refund.
    • Prorated refunds may be available if cancelled after partial use, at our sole discretion.

6. Service Installation & Projects

  • Cancellations Before Installation:
    • You may cancel a scheduled installation within 48 hours prior to the appointment without penalty.
    • Late cancellations may incur a service fee.
  • Refunds After Installation:
    • Once installed, EV charging stations and related infrastructure are non-refundable, unless proven defective under warranty.

7. Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product is faulty or damaged upon arrival:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange for inspection, and if confirmed defective, offer repair, replacement, or refund as per UAE consumer protection regulations.
  • Manufacturer warranty terms may apply.

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refunds for:

  • Improper use or damage caused by the customer.
  • Unauthorized modifications.
  • Claims beyond the applicable timeframes stated in this policy.

10. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, in alignment with guidelines set forth by the UAE Ministry of Economy and other applicable authorities.

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
